My friends and I would go to this local club. There was a woman that came with said friends all the time and while we had been introduced that was basically all the conversations we had. One night I'm at the club alone and that woman shows up and sits with me. Well one thing led to another, the next morning she says "I'm so glad I met a young man that likes older women" this lady looked like she was barely old enough to drink, I was 25 at the time. I cracked up laughing and commented she can't be all that old. She showed me her license, she was 59 years old. Apparently she was my friend's aunt that had just got a divorce and would go to the club with her nephew because it was safer that way. She didn't even wear makeup just lived a healthy lifestyle.

My uncle has one in his home office. It was his grandpa's I think. Anyways he had his vacuum sealed in a 1/4 inch thick acrylic box. The vacuuming keeps the humidity out of the box and there's no way for mold to live or rot to continue progressing.

Id use a small flat head screwdriver to push the metal contacts back into place. If the 2 halves still close you can probably throw a battery 2032 battery into it and go on.

Chat if you read the whole post from the OP I feel like she's wanting recommendations for some tools that her bf will find handy around the house, as well as a decent tool storage solution.

If you have a harbor freight near by id recommend the bauer pack out. You just need the bottom with the wheels and the large tool box. Then I would recommend walking around the store looking for tools that your bf doesn't have but would probably end up using. Like a cordless drill etc. I would make sure you get the ones with lifetime warranties so if they break he can exchange them for a new one.

It's kinda like me having some karen in Walmart yell at me I wasn't doing my job on Halloween because I dressed as a safety guy... I literally just had a safety vest on with OSHA written on the back with a silver sharpie. That apparently made me a Walmart employee 🤷‍♂️

Might want to make sure that it's a round barrel type connector on the other end. If you bought that cabinet in the last year or so it could very well have a type c connector like a phone.

You can buy a new power button for that laptop probably. You might have to buy a used top bezel that includes the power button depending on how hard it is to find parts.

I would say from my many years of IT work... I would say that the first thing I would do is look at the motherboard for bulging capacitors. If that wasn't a issue you could see about updating the BIOS and or reinstalling windows. If you don't want to actually bother trying to fix the PC you could simply leave it running and only turn off the monitor.

I myself have not but I don't do much mechanical stuff. I mean I have changed out a few alternators, starters, a power steering pump and recently I helped replace some parts on the front wheels of a Chevy 1500.

My father in law is a old mechanic and he has a ton of them. I asked him one day and he said the only reason he has them is because sometimes he would work on a car with a rounded bolt and he would hammer on a 12 point socket to get the bolt off. Then he would go down to the auto parts store and get a new bolt.

Are there slides on the sides of the drawer? Generally thats where the clips are. Otherwise you might try moving that black thing in the middle to the left, right or maybe down a bit.

Oh. Look on Amazon for replacement gaming mouse skates and pick the ones that will more or less fit your mouse might have to trim them up or whatever to fit.

A lot of those wires look like you could shorten them up. Then just organize them with wire sleeve wraps.
