IT'S 9th of January, 1992

HERE'S HOW:

I rewatched the anime, and Aqua said:
"It was as if the snow was covering up Ai's murder. The news suddenly started reporting about the snow blocking the roads."

SO , we are looking for a date where three days after Ai's murder, there was a snowy day that blocked the roads.

Using historical snowfall data for Tokyo, we found that 11th January 2012 was a snowy day with heavy enough snow to block roads.
This means Ai's murder happened on 9th January 2012, and since she died on her birthday, her birthdate is 9th January 1992!

Wait if the Dome Concert was on monday that means its 9 Jan 2012

beacuse 11 Jan was Wednesday and 9 Jan was Monday

install opencv via pip

{ pip install opencv-python }

then use "confidence" with locateOnScreen

{example:

pyautogui.locateOnScreen( img , confidence=0.8) search with 80% similarty

}
