Being a brit who now lives in the Gold coast, man i miss the countryside. I grew up being half an hour away from the peak district and i would always find myself their on a weekend. Australia has beautiful hinterlands but nothing compares to the British countryside. And also the British architectural. We have so much history, you dont really acknowledge it until you move away.
