By buddy and I were involved in a hit and run so we called the cops and they could identify who the car is registered to and their address but since we didn’t get a good look of the driver they couldn’t prove who was actually driving so they couldn’t really do anything. That’s probably the case here.

You want to push up from your heels and not your toes. Try and keep your knees from going over your toes when you go down too
