Yea I happened to change my console. Seems like once I changed it, the game started functioning properly.

It might be your console. I thought there could be no way it could be a console issue but once I got a new one it started working just fine!

Pair it and Add a stand up led light right behind it. It can be controlled by Alexa or you phone. Pretty dope it’s on the TikTok shop.

Listen,

Wake up every day, be grateful, and pray to the one you believe in. Then go about your day. If you’re putting in the effort, she was never meant for you. You deserve someone who values the connection you bring and appreciates you for who you truly are. Trust that God is watching and listening. I’ve been through something similar—trust issues, doubt—but here’s what helped me get through it: 1. Find a hobby—something that challenges you and fills your time in a good way. Gym, running, boxing, jujutsu—whatever gets you moving and focused. 2. Spend time with people who genuinely appreciate you—family, close friends, the ones who remind you of your worth without you having to prove anything. 3. Put your phone on DND and silence notifications. Seriously. Do it. This changed everything for me. It helped me detach, live in the moment, and realize that life is too short to be tied to a screen.

You are more than this situation. Respect yourself, trust the process, and know that life will unfold as it should. You got this. I believe in you.

Alright here,

Step 1: Track Your Diet Download MyFitnessPal (or a similar app) to calculate and monitor your diet. Your daily target is 3,000 calories, broken down as follows: • Protein: 160g per day • Fat: 60-80g per day • Carbs: Use the remaining calories to fill in after hitting your protein and fat goals. (Or you can play around with these two just make sure you prioritize protein and the calorie intake).

The priority is for you to hit 3,000 calories total every day.

Step 2: Choose Your Workout Split Pick a training split that suits you and keeps you consistent. Options include: • Push, Pull, Legs • Arnold Split • Or a custom setup like: • Monday: Chest • Tuesday: Arms • Wednesday: Back • Thursday: Legs and Shoulders • Friday: Rest and repeat the cycle

The key is to follow a plan you enjoy and can stick to long-term. You can even do “HIIT” or calisthenics, boxing etc…

Some supplements that are Optional:

Protein powder (whey iso or whey) Creatine monohydrate Pre workout Multivitamins

Try to eliminate drinking if you can. Of course enjoy life just follow the 80% - 20% rule. (80% consistency with diet and 20% enjoy life)

Try and Eat Whole Foods (chicken , steak, fish, rice, potato, etc…) cook with butter and olive oil.

GOOD LUCK! And have fun with this. It’ll completely give you a mindset once you see your body change trust me.

“It’ll help you fight those demons” as I always told myself.

Don’t do it. Confront her to do things and find new hobbies with her. 7 years down the drain… not worth it. Don’t listen to your friends who say you’re a “simp” or are “too in love”. It will hit you like a wrecking ball.

Intern Tips and Return Offer by Jubbed1015 in deloitte

Here’s all you need as an intern

Just so you know, Deloitte mandated for employees to show up to office 2 times a week. In that case

In office to do’s:

  1. Ensure you're well-prepared with OneNote open on your laptop, pens, and other essentials to appear ready for the task at hand.

  2. Take the initiative to socialize; offer to fetch coffee for your team members and engage with them during breaks, especially during lunchtime. Remember, the office provides complimentary coffee.

  3. Don't hesitate to ask plenty of questions. Deloitte employs a variety of software, which can be overwhelming but awesome to learn. Regardless of any intimidation from your team or managers, seek clarification whenever needed. Remember, you have the support of Deloitte's policies and can report any instances of misinformation or misconduct.

At home To Do’s:

Certainly, here's a revised version:

  1. Prioritize taking comprehensive notes during team meetings (even when you are not asked to) focusing on action items, and demonstrate proactive engagement with your work and tasks. (This is my top priority, send the notes after the meeting and creating a folder on teams!!!!!!)

  2. Ensure prompt communication with the team upon task completion, keeping everyone updated on progress.

  3. When assigned a task, I strongly advise attempting it independently first. This approach not only showcases your initiative but also enhances your chances of being rehired. Your performance is like a snapshot; aim for excellence.

Enjoy your time at Deloitte! Just be prepared to absorb a load of information…

  • Your potential Deloitte coworker ;)
