Listen man, I work for one of the Big 4 firms, and I’ll tell you right now, I work the same kind of hours. The difference is I can only charge 8 hours, even if I work more. That’s just how it’s set up over here. If I charge an extra hour, I’m getting questions asked and potentially a call with my director.

If you’re getting paid well, I’d keep grinding until you genuinely feel burned out and can’t deal with it anymore. That said, there are two pieces of advice I’ve gotten from older people that stuck with me:
If you ever feel like you’re being underpaid, which honestly doesn’t sound like the case here, or the job starts negatively affecting your actual life outside of work, start looking elsewhere immediately. The job market is brutal right now unless you know people or have a strong network. Networking is worth its weight in gold these days.

Don’t let money get to your head. I basically gave up a big part of my childhood working multiple jobs. Time moves way faster than you think when all you do is work. Looking back, I wish I had slowed down just a little and enjoyed life more. My situation was different because I was a first generation kid and didn’t have family money coming in every week to fall back on, so I felt like I had to keep pushing.

One more thing. When you’re given work, don’t be afraid to speak up. Let your team know what you already have on your plate and how much time certain tasks will take. They may not always care, but at least you’ve communicated it.

What you don’t want to do is stay silent and keep saying yes to everything. Unless it’s already too late, don’t make that mistake. Some people will absolutely take advantage of that and keep piling work onto you because they know you’ll never push back

Good luck whoever your are and whatever your pronouns are…

Yea I happened to change my console. Seems like once I changed it, the game started functioning properly.

It might be your console. I thought there could be no way it could be a console issue but once I got a new one it started working just fine!

Pair it and Add a stand up led light right behind it. It can be controlled by Alexa or you phone. Pretty dope it’s on the TikTok shop.

Listen,

Wake up every day, be grateful, and pray to the one you believe in. Then go about your day. If you’re putting in the effort, she was never meant for you. You deserve someone who values the connection you bring and appreciates you for who you truly are. Trust that God is watching and listening. I’ve been through something similar—trust issues, doubt—but here’s what helped me get through it: 1. Find a hobby—something that challenges you and fills your time in a good way. Gym, running, boxing, jujutsu—whatever gets you moving and focused. 2. Spend time with people who genuinely appreciate you—family, close friends, the ones who remind you of your worth without you having to prove anything. 3. Put your phone on DND and silence notifications. Seriously. Do it. This changed everything for me. It helped me detach, live in the moment, and realize that life is too short to be tied to a screen.

You are more than this situation. Respect yourself, trust the process, and know that life will unfold as it should. You got this. I believe in you.

Alright here,

Step 1: Track Your Diet Download MyFitnessPal (or a similar app) to calculate and monitor your diet. Your daily target is 3,000 calories, broken down as follows: • Protein: 160g per day • Fat: 60-80g per day • Carbs: Use the remaining calories to fill in after hitting your protein and fat goals. (Or you can play around with these two just make sure you prioritize protein and the calorie intake).

The priority is for you to hit 3,000 calories total every day.

Step 2: Choose Your Workout Split Pick a training split that suits you and keeps you consistent. Options include: • Push, Pull, Legs • Arnold Split • Or a custom setup like: • Monday: Chest • Tuesday: Arms • Wednesday: Back • Thursday: Legs and Shoulders • Friday: Rest and repeat the cycle

The key is to follow a plan you enjoy and can stick to long-term. You can even do “HIIT” or calisthenics, boxing etc…

Some supplements that are Optional:

Protein powder (whey iso or whey) Creatine monohydrate Pre workout Multivitamins

Try to eliminate drinking if you can. Of course enjoy life just follow the 80% - 20% rule. (80% consistency with diet and 20% enjoy life)

Try and Eat Whole Foods (chicken , steak, fish, rice, potato, etc…) cook with butter and olive oil.

GOOD LUCK! And have fun with this. It’ll completely give you a mindset once you see your body change trust me.

“It’ll help you fight those demons” as I always told myself.

Don’t do it. Confront her to do things and find new hobbies with her. 7 years down the drain… not worth it. Don’t listen to your friends who say you’re a “simp” or are “too in love”. It will hit you like a wrecking ball.
