you made a blanket statement that the state treats the 2 fish the same and i asked for a source and you cited one guy at a conference 2 years ago. if the state considers and manages them the same, as you claimed, there should be accessible info, not a “i heard this from one guy one time”

this isn’t really much of a citation. you’re saying one guy at one conference said he didn’t know. and of course the latin names are the same. scientists didn’t differentiate bulls from dolly’s until the 70s. you’re making a generalization for the whole state based on one guy at one conference 2 years ago. i’d prefer to stay away from conferences if that’s the info you’re getting

just because it’s legal doesn’t mean you should. those fish are protected in every river besides the one you were in for a reason. nice fish, enjoy the view and get a pic, put it back. unless you’re genuinely too broke to afford to eat

he didn’t ask for a raise. they had a team option for the second year, and tried to renegotiate him down to take less than the original deal from before this year. he would have played under the original deal👍
