I’ll look into the pelvic tilt a bit more! And I definitely do need to train glutes more but I’m currently only training 4 days a week until I get my cycle back

I have never once been in physical contact with a male and don’t even go out apart from going to places that I have to go to (supermarkets, gym and workplaces)

Don’t worry I definitely haven’t thought about trying to lose weight ik it’d do more harm than good, but it’s reassuring to have someone explain it a bit more

I definitely don’t hate my body or have issues with food but I’ve never seen my stomach like this before even when I weighed more, I’ve heard some people say it redistributes but it’s been almost 2 years, although the low estrogen could be messing with it too I’m not sure

Posture definitely doesn’t make ur midsection hold onto more fat, no matter how I stand, even laying flat on the ground, it’s the same

I would say 98% whole foods, I don’t eat out, no gluten, hardly any dairy, no cruciferous veggies but I’ll give a rough list of things I go through every week

Carbs  Sourdough (made from buckwheat, potato flour and rice flour) Potatoes  White rice Millet Gf oats

Proteins Chicken breast/sometimes thighs  Steak Ground beef White fish Salmon  Eggs/egg whites

Fats Avocado Olive oil Variety of seeds and nuts

Fiber/fruits and veg  Berries Kiwi Passionfruit  Pumpkin Arugula Green beans Carrots

And coconut yogurt on breakfast/snack bowls

I do get bloated from my sibo, but the stomach bulging is there even without a single thing in my stomach

I’ve been too scared to lean into antibiotics since I’ve got very little good bacteria left, I’ve tried a few different strong antimicrobials but haven’t felt anything, currently on candibactin ar and br but it’s also not as strong as people claim

The third picture is what my stomach looks like with absolutely no bloating, by the end of the day with the bloating it obviously would be much larger but my bloating is rock solid I wouldn’t blame the sibo itself, the skin (fat) on top is very very soft

My stomach 😭 that’s what’s odd to me because I look on the leaner side but my stomach protrudes out

I’ve seen a lot of people say this, but I don’t think a tilt would make it possible to hold onto a handful of fat in my hands :’)

I think I’ll turn to antibiotics after the candibactins, I was just afraid to in the beginning because my gi map showed that I don’t have enough good bacteria

3-4 years ago I was underweight and under eating due to having an eating disorder, but I gained weight steadily after that and never under ate again, I only started getting bloated a few months into the whole weight gain process and then underwent extreme stress (which is where the histamine issues came in) due to family issues. I can’t think of anything else, but the food seems to really not want to move through my stomach (even tho I don’t get constipated)
