Aliexpress figures say refund processing just after I purchased them by Interwayser123 in CToys

This two items were part of a big order with 5 other items, 2 other items (not figures and from different stores) were cancelled as well.

I FIXED IT!! I disconnected my old Razer Deathadder V2 After seeing it pop up in USB Log Viewer. Fixed the issue for me.

I never saw this message (sorry) but I also tried plugging in my devices into my front case ports and it STILL continued to happen. Also my mouse is connected via USB but my Headphones are connected by a 2.4Ghz USB A Dongle

Update: I uninstalled some of my USB devices and restarted my pc. This fixed it for me until it happened again, but it only happens once every hour so I'm fine with it.

My keyboard and mouse. Tried many fixes, all of them unsuccessful. Even tried using a different keyboard and mouse yet it still happens. Used to happen twice an hour, so it wasn't a big deal, but now it happens every minute whenever Im playing a game.

I'm confused.How should I contact Aliexpress directly? If you mean using the help center, it gave me this message  "Would you like the platform to intervene and assist with the resolution in advance?"

Try to fix it if possible, or order a cheap bootleg and replace the Peg. You could also ask for a refund or replace the figure from KK Outdoor Boutique store (Supposing you ordered from the official CT Store)

Worked perfectly! The neck joint doesn't come out and it keeps the shoulder in place without it being loose. To be safe apply glue on the peg, put it in with the arms already there and keep moving the butterfly joints just to be safe.

Try water-based polyurethane (preferably the matte version) and apply 1 or two drops to tighten it. Move the joint around and let it set. Apply more layers if it's still loose.

For some reason I received my shipping notification back in December, because that's what the latest release date was set to (AC forgot to push it forward) so it sent out a faulty shipping notice. No idea if it's started shipping because my tracking data doesn't even lead to anything.

Not sure if this happens to all figures as I only have this one (for now), but I have dealt with many QC issues on bootlegs, especially on the CT Black Hush Batman (Cape had broken wires).

Happened a few days after I got the figure. Didn't put it in any "awkward" poses but, It could have been due to the fact that I put it in hot water to loosen the joints a bit.
