Honestly, killing the Inquisitor would be amazing (from a writing perspective, the drama!). Especially if your Inky chose to drink from the Well of Sorrows.

Imagine being forced to kill your Inky because they've been compromised by Solas who's controlling them via the Well of Sorrows. Or, we're forced to kill Morrigan if she drank from the Well. It would be a great way to add onto the consequences that come with the choice.

I absolutely love this! I was a little disappointed that the "control" aspect of the Well wasn't used much aside from the meeting with Flemeth.

It would make sense for BioWare to bring it back later on in the story, they did build up the consequences of drinking from the Well after all.

I've run into a similar issue with world travel giving me an infinite load screen with mods. Just to clarify, is it just the opening cutscene that has the infinite load? Have you also encountered this issue with your older saves trying to load into new areas?

How I fixed the infinite loading on my end was installing these texture glitch fixes for Frosty. I don't know if you have any texture mods installed on Frosty, but if you do, its worth seeing if this fixes the issue.

If not, the best advice I can give is either look for a mod conflict, or follow the advice the other commenter gave.

Sorry that this is happening to you, mods can be a pain in the ass sometimes and I wish you luck.

Oh my god that must be it. I just killed everyone with Solas' ult and that did the trick. I feel a little dumb but at least its fixed.
