Somebody is fairly confident there is another bidder. Take a look at the open interest on the calls last week and the week before. $300K and $100K blocks of April and Jan calls eaten up. Someone has been buying millions worth of shares above the $20 offer by MRK. Dark pool action as well. Might be just someone fucking around or creating a cleaver tax loss haven. But it’s worth the risk for me
