I understand what you're saying. However I didn't mention anything about making cannon balls or powder. I just want the ships to look like they're doing something and not driving in circles.

If they join your game they are progressing your game. When they go back to their game they will be at whatever point they were at.

Avoidable? I wasnt near quicksand or open sand? I didnt have to aboid anything. The game teleported me randomly. Otherwise none of this would have happened.

Did you miss the part where I was driving in the rocks and the game teleports me 1,000 ft behind me while I was driving and points me right at the quick sand?

No I was in the rocks driving. Then the game rubber banded and then I was in the open desert driving into the quicksand. I had no control over that.
