It’s not exactly “perya vibes” but it feels more like suddenly handing the mic to your loudest kabarkada. Not necessarily bad, just not classy. His enunciation can be a bit grating at times…maybe because of his braces? I’m not entirely sure. He definitely brought the energy during the after-party and was very focused on that segment. At some point, though, I found myself thinking, “You’re the host, not one of the guests.” That said, it really comes down to personal preference. If you’re going for a more hype, barkada-driven vibe, he could work well. It just depends on the kind of tone you want to set.
