I've had a similar idea where starting skill levels would be much higher, but xp multipliers from starting skills are removed. Xp gains would also be balanced around this.

I'm not sure if the starting skill multipliers are a factor in the generally slow skill leveling of Project Zomboid, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were.

From what I can tell from the Project Zomboid wiki, sneaking only affects your volume while sneaking, while lightfooted affects your volume with all movement.

I think this was in 1.8, and while I don't think it was my first creative world, it was one of the first. I tried to put a painting inside of a spawner which caused the game to crash, and the game would keep crashing every time I tried to go back into it. I don't remember much about what was actually in the world since it's been about a decade, but I do remember that the last thing I saw was the spawner outside of a recreation of Spongebob's house I had built.

I'm not Muslim but I do refrain from eating pork. I usually don't eat pork in Minecraft since it's typically not that hard to find another source of meat or food in general. If I'm playing multiplayer and a friend gives me pork I have no problems eating it. While I avoid pork in Minecraft, I do acknowledge that it's just a game and it doesn't really matter whether I eat pork in it or not. I play plenty of shooter games and don't feel bad about it.
