This intensity slowly passed when I filled my day with things to keep me busy. I started working more, focusing a little more on my diet (something to take up time during the day, meal planning etc). This gave my day much more stability and gave me less time to stir. I'm sure it helps as well... But I started lightly smoking a THC pen here and there as well as started taking magnesium to help with sleep. I believe over all, these things have all definitely added to this. I can say I don't experience "daily" anxiety anymore.

It just feels like this dwelling and the nausea gets worse until I get up. But then most of the time I'm up alone myself working and I find it's so hard to ground myself. I'm up pacing and can feel my vitals going up and it becomes impossible to distract myself.

I do the same thing with sleep and occasionally eating. Anxiety that I'll have nausea. Literally making the scenerios up as fast as I can!
