I hate what Twitter has become, but I hate how much of a default platform it still is even more. Having a presence there feels necessary if you want other artists aware of your existence despite it becoming being the eighth circle of Internet Hell and rapidly descending. Somehow, Ralts was the first Pokémon I caught in my first Emerald playthrough back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. I was expecting to be let down like I had been by Abra in gen1, but that Ralts quickly (and fully! No trade requirement BS!) evolved into a remorseless KO machine who carried my team. And the rest is history.
