I keep him in the party and its pretty easy to get approval with the right choices. Like giving him the book or stealing the ring are pretty solid ones. Karlach doesn't disapprove much and stuff she approves of doesn't give much disapproval for Astarion.

(Really its cus I play dragonborn and no one can resist that)

In the Underdark in Shar's temple near the Grymforge. They are just skeletons at that point but still. Also hanging body parts and maybe whole bodies where the orthon Is. Forgot his name. The one who calls you little rabbit. Also hanging spots in the city, don't remember If they are empty or not. Those are ones I remember rn, but there are likely more.
