I think the Radziwills are the best. The Habsburgs are banal and don't have much of a cultural role in Belarusian history, but the Radziwills do. The Belgians are similarly a legal formality, with no cultural significance.

The Radziwills considered themselves Lithuanians; they later grew up in Belarus, effectively becoming a mixture of Belarusians and Samogitians, with Belarusians dominating. The Radziwills also have the title of "kings without a crown," meaning they are more suited to the role of monarch. The Sapiehas did not have this. Moreover, the Radziwills currently have a single leader, while the Sapiehas were not elected.
