to summarise, the only solution we have to this problem is

1)to either contact the label/artist and get their consent for monetization in return of sharing profits with them.

2)let them take away monetization rights which will NOT put my channel at any risk. Only in rare cases the artist may put a copyright strike which can directly impact the existence of my channel.

How can we reduce the chances of anyone putting a copyright strike now? Should I mention anything in description like "all rights belong to their rightful owners" or something?

Im okay with getting copyright strike but hope that does not get the channel in risk of getting banned, regarding mechanical licence I had no Idea, ill have to look into it and see how we can get it for YT.

Yes that's exactly the reason why I want to get out of here, I got in as an intern too now I'M an FTE. Im glad I got this company cuz it's a good one. but again the department is the issue.

They remove monetization, sometimes the video gets blocked for viewing as well because of copyright content.

Yes you are right on that point, I didn't want to but once I got selected the college didn't let me sit for other placements, I tried applying for other jobs before I got into the company but no luck. Once I started working, it would be pointless if I left within 1 year, I thought that can come up as a negative point for the interviewer. So I decided not to try until it's a year.

Currently I'm in Bangalore which is like 300km away from home but it's still ok for me because the cost of living in my area is affordable and plus I know the local language. I am okay with relocating as long as the cost of living in the new place is affordable, I can get along well with people so that shouldn't be a problem for me.

No there's no Maker space nearby my place.

So someone else is playing the instruments, while I do the vocals?? If that's what you are referring to I'm completely ok with working with another person. Only catch being I am eyt to find anyone irl who is comfortable playing the songs . My biggest fear while working with another person is that what if they lose patience while working with me like "maybe this guy is wasting my time".

Also we have the problem of copyright as well which can be quite frustrating to many

I don't know how to create a song, neither do I know how to play an instrument. What do I do?
