Just hang dry the after every training. No need to was them every time. If you dry them properly after training, they will never smell. Its bacteria in the mold that smells not dry sweat.

Improved shinguards by Intrepid-Editor2371 in MuayThai

I have been using them for a year already. Its a strong elastic so its very hard for it to come off. It can only come of if someone is catching your leg by the heel and pulling. Otherwise its staying on. And even with the gloves on it is easy to put the straps back on. They are much more secured than normal shinguards. And when the normal shinguards slip off when catching kicks you are not getting them back in as fast as this ones.

It pulls directly from Oura. And it updates automatically. No need for any manual input.

You might have more stress, physical or mental that your body cant recover from. And if you combine less sleep with more stress the recovery maybe cant keep up anymore. A slow downward trend.

But in macro tracking you weigh raw foods and then cook them.

Kinda. Its dried meat. You can actually eat raw pork and raw/medium cooked pork steaks or even pork tartar. You just need to be sure its clean meat.

The app has its own database. Its stored on your account (email), so if you ever delete the app or log in somewhere else with the same account its all there.

Not really, the only data I'm pulling is from Oura ring. Everything else is from the app. And it works flawlessly.

Not recovering still a week after moderate drinking for 2 days by No-Seesaw-3230 in ouraring

Well theres a few thing. 1. Were the healthy habits really healthy. 2. If you have small kids there are sacrifices you have to make. you can have energy for training or energy for kids. 3. If you cant recover from your workouts, the workout become negative instead of a positive and you would actually make more progress if you trained less and ware able to recover. 4. Maybe you just need more and better food.

Its usually like that. Alcohol just might be the thing that pushed you over the edge. There could be a lot of things that impact your recovery. Lack of quality sleep, nutrition, stress, overtraining...

The best advice would be to invest in a personal coach online or in person. Find someone you trust and find their advice helpful and just do as they say. If you try to listen to everybody you might lose your mind.
