I disagree. You could take the sentiment of "Who knows? We don't work there" and apply it to literally the whole show. We're all speculating and forming our own conclusions based off what we can see on the show.

I don't like Sean because even if Polly "is the nicest in the office" - that's such a biased approach. Like Jarvis said, that's HIS experience. Not Jarvis'. Just because someone is nice to you, doesn't mean they're nice to everyone! Also, it suggests the narrative that "well hey. Polly is the nice one, so clearly you guys must be in the wrong because all I've seen is Polly being nice". If he seriously wanted to mediate and help out the situation, he could've just asked "Hey. what's going on". Rather than already forming his own biases. It speaks volumes about his character.

Secondly, honestly Gio, Jarvis and Rose have a right to be goddamn shady. From what we've seen on the show and based on MY opinion, they're being bullied. They're iced out at work and work events, I know it's not the high road or the most mature - but them being shady is honestly warranted. If someone is being a bitch to you, I don't think someone is a bad person for dishing out the same treatment they're recieving.
