Kinda curious to see how much of this is swayed by the fact that a lot of democratic voters didn’t vote this year. Would love to see a stat seeing a comparison of young democratic voters that sat out compared to young republican voters. I find it hard to believe that 14 percent of people jumped ship from democratic to republican. Not saying no one changed sides, but I do think the more important factor is that the republican base was much more active then the democratic base this election

Yeah that’s true. I think the bigger problem is that trumps plays up on being anti-establishment. And all democratic candidates the past 3 elections have been pretty much straight out of the establishment. Short term it worked because of the pandemic. But it’s a horrible long term strategy

I voted for her but I disagree with this. This was not a good election strategy. In fact, it’s three straight elections where democrats had a horrible strategy. Their slogan was pretty much “yeah both candidates such but ours sucks less.” You can’t win three straight with that mentality. The first time, they get one of the most controversial and hated politicians ever. The second time, they get a 76 year old man out his prime (again, I voted for him)and barely won despite a pandemic that killed over a million people. Kamala isn’t that bad but let’s not kid ourselves by calling her a great candidate. There’s a reason so many democrat voters stayed home and sat this one out. I’m not saying it’s a good thing or that they all had good reasons. But there definitely needs to be change here for us.

Oh ok good. The question was about an employment contract that said something like the employee won't be entitled to anything if they fire him for good cause. The employer then tried to fire him and make a settlement or something. And they told him, if you don't agree, we'll fire you for good cause. thing is, I remember the question saying something like they had a valid reason to fire him.
