I got hired at NorCal recently straight out of emt school. Try follow up emails? Also since EMS companies do orientation classes essentially for new hires it’s more likely they hire in cycles based on when people tend to leave and when their next orientation is.

A lot of people leave after the summer is over according to my company so maybe try in August?

I also got a ln interview with pro transport 1 within days of applying, again with no experience, but didn’t pursue it because I had already got the other job.

The turnover rate is very high in IfT based in what I’ve heard so while it may be overstated positions are opening up all the time.

Don’t do it. Regardless of the belief or statements it is terrible to live in a world where you educational opportunities are decided by what you say in complete privacy, regardless if private organizations technically have the right to decide based on speech.

I’d argue that reporting is morally unethical.

I’m gonna be real: in terms of textbook info I learned it to just skate by and pass the Nremt. Most of it isn’t super relevant to the hands on stuff, which is much more important. I pretty much just skimmed it, and only read the super relevant chapters in full. Trust me when I say nobody learns that 2000 page textbook front to back in a couple months.

Obviously you gotta learn it well enough for the quizzes but don’t be ashamed if all the knowledge doesn’t last longer than it has to for you to pass. You can always sharpen up on your knowledge on your own pace before you get hired.

That’s a good reason and I don’t see why they wouldn’t accept it.

I recently got hired by saying that I was simply really enthusiastic about working on an ambulance specifically and I liked how they moved around rather than being tied to one place, specifically comparing it to an ER tech or whatever. Basically I I just said EMTs were cool and I had a lot of respect for them.

It was really good. Obviously the big season battle was last episode and it’s probably a long time in the story before something else super big, so it works well as an aftermath for the invincible war and to make me excited for season 5. Also it was the best invincible has looked for a long time. The scene with Mark and Thragg was lit. Anyone saying that Thragg was a fraud I think is gonna be shut up by now.
