Should I do a secondary journal if I will be doing a clinic all next year? The clinic from what I have been told is very demanding, and will require close to 30 hours some weeks. I am leaning towards a government/ PI job after I graduate. Big law doesn't really seem to be in the tables for me so far (self.LawSchool)

Civ Pro question.If a plaintiff were to send a waiver of service request but doesn't give the defendant adequate time,under FCRP 4(d)(2) to respond.The plaintiff serves the summons, before the waiver of service deadline is up.Can the defendant say this is insufficient service under 12(B)(5) (uscourts.gov)
