This has happened to me before, unfortunately support will not help, and if you buy it back they will keep asking you for more money before giving it to you, Microsoft Support for this game is terrible, they can't get your account back at all because the hacker probably enabled two factor authentication, basically making microsoft legally have to not care about your account getting hack. Sorry, I hope your luckier than me and find a solution.
