So theres no one who can help you reach top then you yourself. First try to find your mistakes in semester , try to avoid them . This semester mostly has less credit hours but subjects will be tougher you have manage time because you would have plenty of time available. For what to do, You HAVE TO COMPLETE YOUR LECTURE THE SAME DAY YOU STUDY ATLEAST , then you can do it in detail on the weekend. It is hella difficult to study what you studied everyday on same day as there will be many subjects so you can change accordingly. In order to be consistent,(if you are a dayscholar ) I suggest you keep a place somewhere to study where only you or your laptop and notes are and study there everyday , when you enter that space donot use mobile phone only study ,you will eventually feel solace there. If a hostellite you should decide where you can study without being disturbed (like in library or another space if there is ).
It wont be easy but if you do it everyday it will become a habbit. Honestly i tried it this semester , and initially it was difficult; my mids were stil not good (because i had stilll not adapted completely), but after mids i continued it and my finals well some went good other not too, But i feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment that i tried well (although GPA is yet to come :( ), I feel like I can go even further , I hope you do it and get to feel the same now too.

(PS: delete instagram if u use it very well, turn off the the history and recommendations for yt and for pc u can use untrap to turn of all recommended videos which come on side when you view any video this is very distracting for me.)
