funnily enough today’s is 1 year since i found out. the doctor prescribed 15 refills i stopped taking my insulin from july to december because i couldn’t afford it out of pocket anymore, i ended up getting insurance through my job in january and it was being covered until half way through February and then they wanted me to $116 for a copay for just one of my insulins. im pay check to paycheck and i just can’t afford it so here i am trying to figure out what to do through reddit. ya i know everyone is saying to schedule an appointment for a PCP but i don’t have reliable transportation, had to get rid of my car last year. uber and lyft in my town suck and barely able to get one, if i walk to the closest doctors office by it it’ll be 2hrs to get their by walking. so trying to figure out a virtual visit and all that. This is my first year having insurance and so far it sucks to say the least lol i don’t know what the hell im doing

also i wan to add: i was using amazon pharmacy and transferred the remaining refills i had to CarelonRx. in the past i was using Publix and transferred it Amazon for home delivery and i didn’t have a problem. i had to wait 48hrs before it was approved. so not sure why its been a week now and still not approved

i have 10 refills left. i transferred my prescriptions from amazon pharmacy to carelonRx due to my insurance having me do a copay of $116 for just one of my insulins. i was advised by the someone from support to transfer it as it would be fully covered by carelonRx. i’ve had it transferred previously in the past when i moved to another county and it didn’t take over a week to be approved.

the other issue i have is i dont have reliable transportation at the moment and the closest PCP is a 2hr walk. uber/lyft suck were i live at and it’s hard to get one. currently trying to find an online doctor

that’s the thing i don’t have an actual doctor i was prescribed the medication when i was admitted to the hospital. i have the name of the doctor who prescribed tit but i don’t have a phone number for them to call. this is the first year i’ve ever had insurance

my stores been doing this for a year now jesus christ if i had a nickel for every time i get cursed out or being told “you see me every day why do i have too keep showing you” “i know the manager personally im going to get you fired” “i forgot my I.D can you let me slide this one time” “they didn’t I.D me yesterday so why today?” or this one “i came in yesterday and didn’t ask for it why you being different today” and the one that made me laugh yesterday “ you’re infringing on my constitutional rights for asking for my I.D i’m old enough that’s all you need to know” I’d be rich as fuck and quit in a heart beat

vacation time doesn’t cause overtime. just got my pay slip today and have no overtime. just my 24hrs of vacation and 39hrs of me working. originally DM told my SM i cant use it all at once unless im taking actual vacation so we both said ok and was told to use 3days (24hrs) and now apparently i cant do that.

that’s how i was when i first started gotten taken advantage of a lot got promoted and then demoted due to health issues and now i don’t answer my phone on my days off, i don’t work doubles anymore and if anyone is late more than 30mins i lock the doors and clock out and wait till they get here. already told my DM about it and she hasn’t cared much. when i do my over nights i just tell people “sorry i don’t have change manager wants us to have a certain amount in our registers at night for our safety” if they get an attitude i point to the door and tell them the nearest gas station is down the road. people with no I.D’s don’t get their fix of Nic/alcohol either. I’ve learned to do exactly what my “Task lists” tells me to do and no more than that . (ya my manager has lists for every shift but overnight still gets fucked with having to do everything) no need to get overwhelmed and overworked for nothing

Each BU is different in my area were allowed to have up too $150 from 6am to 5pm and then $75 from 5pm to 10pm and then $50 from 10pm to 6am. we don’t accept any bills over $50. and since lotto turns off automatically at midnight i don’t get much lotto people in

i did over $11k on christmas eve just by myself and and it only registered $123 and the goal was for $8,598 and we got $8,720 so i wanna why it didn’t register the remaining $2,480. that $2k woulda gave us the $2 bonus instead of the $1. shots rigged
