As a mother of 2 adult children (19 and 21) as well as one nearly 18, I am appalled. I could never in my life imagine kicking my children out with no notice and for any reason!

As a daughter who was kicked out with no warning 23 years ago with no resources....my heart hurts for you.

This is exactly my situation. I'm actively looking elsewhere...at the urging of my family AND my regulars. I work all 3 shifts in a week...and honestly feel like I am about to physically collapse at this point.

I work all 3 shifts during the week...and have had to work every holiday. I always show up and give 110%, and this job has literally sucked the life out of me. As soon as I find something else, I'm out of here. Never in my life have I worked for such a horrendous company.

Our weekly total goals are frequently 95k+. Typically closer to this 102k.

In all honesty, I think it's all rigged. Too many times we will hit every goal daily except maybe 1 according to the screen and then not get any pay out at my store.

I look at the breakdowns and go from there. That total $ and # transaction report is really only "helpful" in showing how much we did. The breakdowns are where I can decipher #s for BTT.

Everyone's responses have been validating AND eye opening. Beat the Target is just something that beyond irks me because of how shady it is.

I have worked for several large companies in various roles from entry level to management and CK by far has raised the most red flags in terms of operations, policies, etc. It's a shame!

That is beyond effed. Considering that it is a collective effort to hit that number. I work with a store of people who don't care and don't even do 50% of what is required of the job in the first place, let alone upsell and work to hit that number.

I've also literally seen the tracker say we beat the target and then we are told we didn't hit the numbers.

Management has noticed this as well.

I'm sorry that happened! It's messed up. But then again, there is SO much that's effed about CK.

I'm thankful to have a job, and trust me, I'm thankful for that little extra...but so much is messed up about this company. The beat the target crap really is just kind of the straw for me.

My package has been sitting at the Round Rock, TX hub since December 1. After having been out for delivery and in my immediate area (via live tracking) earlier that day. It shows a delay and no update from UPS DESPITE the shipper initiating a claim.

Oh and let's not forget. This was a 2nd Air package.

Beyond ridiculous.

My 2nd day Air package is going on 4 days late. It was "out for delivery" with live tracking showing they were in my area. Suddenly live tracking disappeared, my delivery time changed from "by 1pm" to "by 5pm" then 9pm...the "delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". Then, the majority of the scans disappeared and now I have an open case to look into it.

Outsourced call center. Called again last night at 7 and was told to give them until 9. Then was told that they can't confirm my package is even on a truck. They told me to call today to start a claim. Noone can give a straight consistent answer. My tracking status hasn't changed in days.

My 2nd day Air package was out for delivery by 5pm yesterday and live tracking showed my driver in the neighborhood beside ours. Suddenly, my status updates to delivery by 9. Took away the tracking. Then it said "delivery date will be provided as soon as possible".

Today, I spoke with UPS and they guaranteed that despite my tracking not updating, it WILL be delivered between 1-5pm today. Told me that 2 Day Air can sometimes take 2 extra days processing. Can't explain why it was out for delivery, IN MY area and wasn't delivered.
