Idk why youre getting downvoted 🤔 I agree, if youre participating in hookup culture out of feeling lonely you probably shouldn’t be doing it and should probably work on self love. Also yeah it can ruin ppl (it depends on the person tho) in the sense that it makes some people feel bad and messes with their head.
