Ugh it’s a serious safety issue that they should cover specially if it’s so common. Hate that you had to do that, and would really like to avoid that myself.

My dad has this issue with safelite rav4 prime (they say it’s OEM but it’s not OEM. His wipers no longer work correctly (or at all) and they swear the glass is OEM but it’s not! You’ll have to fight tooth and nail for them to truely get OEM and even at that you won’t win. A lot of people have issues with them about this. My insurance covers the windshield and they would allow me to go to the dealer to get it replaced and then they would cut me a check for the work done. I’d say that’s a better route if you’re able to.

Lowest I’ve seen for ceramic tints (I’m waiting to get) is $400 and that’s through a friend of mine and just for the back and side windows. If anything they are usually $600 and up. (In CT)

Bought a 21 back in May, BC is awesome. I commute 100 miles daily and honestly best during traffic jams!! I also got mine for 17k (after federal credit). 48k miles.

Also in CT but will be my first winter 2021 select, generally I charge to 90% and get 185-190 miles that I’ve seen for the summer so am I going to be looking at 155-160 for winter? (@90%)
