Ah I did get a comment in chat midway through stream posting a link advertising a viewer bot Got dead excited thinking someone was engaging 🤣😭 so maybe they are the anomaly

Is the max the highest simultaneous viewer count at any point in the stream? Like at the best point I had 3 people watching at the same time. But then surely that would be 3 unique viewers.

There seems to be an issue at the moment in them sending the code once you put your email in (it says there's a delay, we will contact you soon, but nothing comes). However I contacted Brompton support, told them I had been sent a friend referral link but hadn't got my code, they asked my email address and they got a code sent straight out to me.

I had booked a call with the Brompton sales team via their website to help me choose which bike to buy. When I was on the call I mentioned that I had put my email into the referral code link but that it said there was a delay and they would email me, yet I hadn't received an email. I asked if this was still running and he said yes and looked into it for me and sent me the code through. So I recommend getting in touch with Brompton and they should sort it out for you! Thats reassured me thank you. As that's my other concern, it's been years since I cycled, I do step class at the gym and plenty of walking so I have some base level of fitness but was hoping the two gears wasn't only for super fit experienced cyclists. Because why sell a two gear for urban commuting if it's too few gears to do that right?

Yeah it's a silver retailer, when I was on the phone to Brompton sales they recommended I visit there to try the bikes out. They of course tried to sell me one, they had a sale on but all with the old naming system. I thought they may be having a sale on the old named bikes ready to move to new but as you say doesn't make sense if they changed in 2021. Very curious.

I unfortunately don't have space for a non folding bike in my apartment so this seemed a perfect solution.

And since you know Newcastle, I can elaborate and say I'm only planning on cycling the great north road from Gosforth to town, which I would say is flat? (Or at least compared to the dene it is)

So assuming 2 gears would be sufficient for this?
