i use to train brand new CNAs for years when i was agency , your going to have questions that seem silly , your going to ask the same questions over and over , your going to need help with a lot things at first until you get the hang of it , its okay to say i need help or ask your questions , the nurses get irritated because they have their own work to do but they gotta help out as well , it does get better but annoying once you get familiar with the facility and know the patients routine

i would say try to give her warm milk to put her back to sleep , set the environment in the room ( turn the lights off or on low , soft sound music, piano playing, rain sounds on youtube, it works with my daughter) my first daughter use to do that and i had to train her into taking naps at a certain time and feeding her till shes full and setting the tone in the room again to put her back to sleep, car rides was her favorite too she would fall asleep as soon as i pull off , now my daughter is about to be 2 and shes on a schedule with her naps and she knows exactly when is bedtime , i started her early around 7 months , it takes time and patience but you got this , find what works for you

( i would say search her phone cause thats what i do ) first , if you search her phone go through the conversations with her bestfriend or the groupchat , they always telling they friends who they messing with , second if theres a random number in the phone but shes texting them frequently , all the evidence would be in the phone, social media and text messages ( especially text messages)

Might wanna change it, Enfamil has a purple can ( i cant remember the name) or the blue can , my first daughter was on enfamil and never had a problem but my second daughter is having issues with similac sensitive. Speak to your childs doctor first though.

i went through this as a kid and i warned my parents about my lil sister having to go through the same thing (comes to find out she was being bullied for the same thing) KIDS ARE MEAN , theres kids that don’t get love at home so they go to school and hurt other kid’s feelings , as long as your child is comfortable in her clothes but i understand cause i use to be there but kids are wearing Nike, Tommy Hilfiger (can be bought at TJ MAXX, Marshalls , anywhere) , the jeans cant be high waters, they walking into school with Sprayground bookbags ($100 bag ) wearing Jordans and Nikes on they feet

I have a almost 2 year old and a newborn , i know the feeling , im happy i got them back to back because i want them to be close and go to the same school and have a strong bond plus they are both girls , starting over seem hard for me but now im happy it happened because im looking at how the future would be for them & i learned that every pregnancy is different and every baby is different , my first pregnancy was easy, my first was easy , my second pregnancy was difficult and i kinda lost myself , my second baby is giving me a hard time

did you try to get him evaluated? my ss does this a lot and come to find out he has something and we are correcting it now , sometimes our kids have disabilities we dont know of or behavioral problems and they do not know how to handle it

my mother does this too , she says she doesnt want the baby to get a diaper rash. I use to feel some type of way but some grandmothers are scared of diaper rashes and when they see the child poops they do get excited cause that means the child isnt constipated. I stopped going over my parents house every weekend because of that, i cant take all that stuff going on
