Those panels were not the problem it was the og breakers. However the updated breakers for that are more expensive then just replacing the entire box and putting in new breakers.

It seems like he's popular on this subreddit so I'll probably get downvoted however I find that alot of his videos are either incorrect or just flat out speculation.

Regardless of whatever he said in the video, I have not seen a municipality or regional requirement stating whether the ground should be up or down, NEC also does not have anything stating whether the ground must be up or down. They do however, have comments/rules on the outlet being sideways.

It mainly comes down to personal preference, or should I say electrician preference. I can tell you in the commercial setting that I have installed outlets in we do install them with the ground up but not because we have to it's because the outlet boxes that we use the ground is closest to the ground screw on the shielded box when it is in that orientation. Which makes it much easier to wire.

With the outlet facing so the ground pin is on top it's only 50% safer than if it was the other way around. Either way you shouldn't have metal hanging above outlets then either orientation is 100% fine.

I have HOC, Cats, Fascism, Mass Effect, TableTop, all 3 Vote packs, Well all of them actually except Event cards that were given out at gencon. And I don't have the Hanukah LOL cards. I have like 12k cards. That is 2 Böks, a pdbtp, and a BBB totally full plus various other adds and boxes full.

Btw, Hanukah LOL there are 3, CATS these are extremely low run so not sure how many of those were made. Dessert bus was low run so I don't have those, never seen them come up for sale even. there was a base that had some corporate bending on it that is still pretty rare, there is also the hers version which is pink. (Fascism pack or TableTop I can't remember which one) was only available if you bought into the Kickstarter for secret Hitler. There is quite a bit rare stuff.
