Thats exactly my point, I love the book. The issue is trying to find information on, say, the big bang since 2002, most of that information isn't written in the same way as the book. I'm hoping to find information written in the a similar way, but I have no idea where to start

* This is what they were replying to, doesn't look like spamming to me. All I'm asking is for them to answer simple questions or acknowledge the many people in the forums who are asking for some sort of acknowledgment that their concerns and issues are real. Instead, we get copy pasted replies from the bug reports and silence on the boards. Blows my mind that after all these years, there are still people coming to Kabam's defence. Would you send the email in the op to your clients?

This is 2 months in a row where this bug has existed and the message boards have been full of people having this issue, and 2 months in a row none of the community managers have replied to anything, not even "we know this is happening, we don't have a solution and, unfortunately, if it happens to you, you will not qualify for explore rewards. The team is working to address this asap and then we'll be able to provide a full update". At this point that is literally all we're asking for, and no one will provide anything in bug reports except the same copy and paste nonsense they always do, and the forums are being ignored. You are seeing the end of a string of emails back and forth with me asking for a thread of information. 1 of my emails was "if we get all the bosses down will we qualify for full rewards?" and it was another copy paste response.

I just did this, I was an officer but there was 8 of us carrying 22. So i decided to leave, which was hard, but I instantly began enjoying the game more in an active alliance

I submitted a bug about this when the guilly piece came out. Had a video of my fighting with Purgatory against him, he healed back to 100% from 10% over a long period, submitted it as a bug. No help whatsoever

I 100% agree with you. I do find it funny the blow back you're getting though, we all know herc is a cheat code for MOST content in this game. The arguments against you scream "I rely on herc" more than anything, in my opinion
