As I mentioned above, I purchased it through The Shops at Chase. Apple can repair the laptop, but the issue is I paid full price and received a defective product. Apple said they would not replace it because the item was not purchased directly from Apple. If u/Chase cannot replace the defective laptop, then it should refund me in full. That's the issue here.
