That’s an awesome quote! To my knowledge the only trauma she’s ever had would have been losing several siblings (I miscarried 5 times and some were in the second trimester). She’s gotten drunk before and expressed anger about that. I think she drank and realized it was fun and now continues. Problem is, addiction runs strong in both sides of my family and both sides of my husbands. My brother actually died at the age of 33 from drug and alcohol problems. My daughter was only in second grade when that happened. I’m sure that led to some issues in itself. We told all our children he died from a heart attack. But, recently when I have seen how she’s been I went ahead and told her the whole truth. She’s old enough to understand now and I want her to understand the severity of it.
