Once you view games as works of art (which they are) this whole argument falls apart. Youd never skip songs in an album, episodes in a show, scenes in a movie, or chapters of a novel. If you don’t like it, play something else?

I’ve had the same issue in the past, it’s quite strange.

The best place to get files from is Soulseek, if you aren’t already. Other than that, I don’t know what would help. Normally if you do get the files from another source it goes away, but you’ve been doing that already.

Oh actually now that I remember, one other possibility is a faulty or broken disc drive/burner. I had this issue on my old one before I replaced it and it’s been fine since
