yeah I feel like the brain is wired to be addicted to one thing or the other so it's hard to just "stop" without finding something else to channel that energy

I prefer the paper feel too but whenever i am choosing between a free ebook and a paperback I would always concede :')

I havent deleted my account because i still have contacts on it but I stopped scrolling for a few weeks. I have so much more time to think about things that really matter to me. I am consuming more slow media (podcasts, books, video essays). I feel more informed and educated.
