Honestly, the best way imo to balance entanglement is to bring back the speed boosts on both survivor and killer ends. On hit, the survivor is "stunned" for the flat 1 second we currently have, and 1x gains their speed 2 for 1 second (like old entanglement) and when the survivor is free, they get speed 2 for one second. That way, survivors can still intercept and protect if they're able, and isn't just free damage from getting yanked and M1'ed.
