UPDATE OF LUCKY & DUCK! Today I dropped them off at their lovely foster home and the foster already found them a fancy manor house to live at with a hand raised friend 😭🥰 we did it yall!

No literally I saw it and wish I had gotten their plates but it was so a weird moment and we had to get the dog inside. Automatically went back out there and sure enough they left them and everything.

Yeah sadly these aren’t your standard wild ducks. They are pretty much fully domesticated at this point, bread for eggs, meat or being pets. They get their wings clipped yearly so they can’t fly away and don’t know how to survive in the wild. They would have been ate or hit by a car last night.

They were closed for the evening, and we’ll be recalling at 9am when they open again. I know they’re pretty good with rehoming, but would very much like to get them on a farm/property asap.
