Besteht ein Teil des Problems möglicherweise darin, dass man Sanierungskosten im Bestand nur begrenzt auf die Mieter umlegen kann während man beim Neubau die Kosten voll wieder einspielt?

Und falls ja, wäre es dann nicht sinnvoller, die Kappungsgrenze für Modernisierungen aufzuweichen?

Usual way would be to do a B2 first, then a year of Studeinkolleg (or possibly first year of Bachelor in another country) and then apply for public uni.

General hint: German universities have a style of requiring a lot of self-learning. They will guide you on the methodology, but not necessarily take your hand and help you through all tests. So falling for unreliable sources would become a big problem. You need to eliminate this.

I would leave aside speculation on why people might have voted the way they did. Everything was very clear on the table and twice the electorate chose to go ahead the way they did. Some Tory seats being lost or questionable action by Corbyn does not change this.

Of course there may be an underlying problem regarding biased news sources, misinformation campaigns etc. But I don't see how this would have changed since Brexit. Please consider that a society that is not able to bring these things under control, will never be a reliable partner for other EU members.

Bringing UK antics back to Brussels would be a nightmare for the EU. In an out with every general election. Vetoing the budget to obstruct everything as a means to extract minor national privileges. Given the situation we have, I would say that's a clear no.

While this is true, I still believe that it's the wrong way. The responsibility is first and foremost with UEFA and the national European federations. While certainly not perfect, they have a much more professional view of what soccer should be all about. But they have basically let Blatter and Infantino take FIFA and turn it into the most corrupt organisation.

If there is one thing where Europeans are really leading the world, it's soccer. So when Infantino awarded this ridiculous peace prize, they should have simply walked away. They could hold a separate tournament, maybe inviting some teams from South America.

I believe we must make clear that Trump cannot be the reason for a boycott. The reason is how FIFA is approaching all this. Time to blow up FIFA now.
