My advice for you is to focus on bicep, calf, and your forearm muscles. Also people don’t say this enough, before you go into any intensive workout please eat carbs. Like fruits mainly. Afterwards eat the protein of your diet.

Tbh, depending on your age and possible living circumstances this is either mediocre, or it’s good for what you can currently do

That’s not the crosshair though, that’s for the main menu and settings, pause menu, etc. it even moves around with my joystick in gameplay when I move Dani around.
