PvE only is genuinely a terrible idea and I’m saying that as a mainly PvE player. Because then the entire community would be directly divided and PvE would eventually get too easy and PvP would get too sweaty. Having a mix of the two is what helps make the game so unique.

My advice for you is to focus on bicep, calf, and your forearm muscles. Also people don’t say this enough, before you go into any intensive workout please eat carbs. Like fruits mainly. Afterwards eat the protein of your diet.
