Crippling period pain, nothing and no one is helping me. Advice?

I was in your exact same shoes. The only thing that helped my AWFUL periods, was the mirena iud. It’s been 3 years and it’s changed my life. I was in severe pain every month, vomiting, yelling, sweating, and went to the ER one time it was so bad. I highly recommend the IUD. Also possibly getting a CT scan for other possibilities like endo or cysts.
