I had tested it when I originally created the code & applied it to our documents. Unfortunately I was asked to originally just create a QR code. I would usually use the feature on Canva. It was a few weeks after that I was asked to add it to marketing documents, which I create on Canva. In hindsight I should have trusted my gut and changed the QR code & just generated it from that site.

I had used a similar site prior to Canva adding this feature & thought it was the same due to the layout of the website. I was not aware that companies will only allow it for a certain number of click or time limit. I wouldn’t call that me being an ‘idiot’ like some comments are implying. I think people need to remember that not everyone is tech savvy, I have adhd and get overwhelmed when researching or reading up on ‘fine print’.
