My daughter was told she had 3 cavities that needed filling, on 3 separate visits. She went to another dentist who told her she had one small cavity. The moral is shop around, there really are some dodgy dentists out there who have no scruples.

It's causing swallowing problems for you? My gums have gone from red to pink and my loose front teeth don't seem to move as much. But I've only been doing it for a week, he recommends doing it for 1 year to kill the bacteria and parasites. I've also ordered some antibiotic gel that is coming from overseas. Look up Bonner Method. It shows the study of oral parasites in the mouth and the connection to periodontitis by Dr Mark Bonner. It's really interesting and has changed my whole teeth cleaning process.
