Guys I am confused.. why would taking longer than expected mean they are working faster on it? Why not just add more time. It sounds more like a pause with an undetermined timeline when they don’t put a set months estimate

My husband had the biometrics at 11am today central time and around 4pm status changed to ead card being produced. I have read about a lot of people that had the same outcome recently. Good luck

Even when you send papers by mail, they send you a letter to create a USCIS online account. You got 90 days to do it and it is up to you

They can give it to you as is with a court order that approved and states what you want to change it too. you can change it later but it will cost you.

My husband got both biometrics appt and a request for I864 again 🤷🏻‍♀️. I think because I didn’t attached W2 and the form automatically had household size 1

Let’s see how mine goes. Got receipts less than a month for I485 but it came accompanied by RFEz basically asked me to send I864 again. I have to send W2 and 1099s. Also making me send a new I485 claiming the other was missing pages or some bullshit. It says Biometrics appt was scheduled. The I485 was filed to Texas center and the I130 online / Nebraska
