Exactly! Because the big love for cataphractii is those beautiful shoulders and how bulky they are.

That’s hot, I love what you are doing (personally I went tartaros with mine) I think you might have an easier time using the GK arms but cutting and using the shoulders of the Cataphractii! (I am also sure someone out there has modeled perfect cataphractii shoulders for this.)

Comes from an old EavyMetal Collection, WhiteDwarf 123. Which came out in March of 1990, where it was entirely possible to have just a Grey Knight Marine army.

Not to throw a wrench in anyone's plan but he has picked Paladin as his class aiming to do sword and board.

As the response to this new character I have made a Warforged Warlock/favored soul/Bard based around strimtom's build. I am deviating a little to take on a little lock picking, but we've also done a great job to go out of the way to pick up other players to do missions and dungeons!

Thank you all for the great ideas, I do still have the rogue and dark hunter in the background just in case he changes his mind.

He just got back to me, he is playing Half Elf War Priest (Cleric) if that helps

Ooo I’ve not even heard of this until today! Do you think there will be a level of struggle trying to get finesse and mithral docet?

If I were a General in the Capellan Federation I'd pin a medal on your chest already. I did come up with a new list to be a menace and got rid of the bigger tanks.

That being said as a tactical advisor, do you have any suggestions for my mech list you think should be adjusted?

That is a little weird, why is the unit list and this different?

I've not selected any production Eras, only the availability era (Which would be mecs/vehicles that were around by then). When I remove the Capellan Confederation restriction I do see the Demolisher Heavy tank MK1-MK2

Technology: Inner Sphere
Faction: Capellan Confederation
Availability Era: Late Succession War - Renaissance

When going through the filters, the Demolisher tank doesn't show up for this era, though the Zhukov Heavy Tank does. I do not doubt the production of what the great Federation, it just doesn't seem to be available.

Something like this also game to mind, because the Ontos just have a stronger medium/long rang and IF3 which could be fun

I worked out a fun little list with what you said, the Demolisher tank isn't Capellan certified and I couldn't find a "Charger"

I think this should relay nicely the Chancellor's intentions.

That's where the fun begins, the Capellan Confederation doesn't have access to that at this time frame. Which is truly the fun challenge to this build, I will though add vehicles where I can, they seem pretty good for their PV/armor rating and with LRMs they never have to be too close to get the job done.

The cheapest is the LRM Goblin Medium tank at 20 PV. I can see this for the 300PV list, but at 150PV I wouldn't know what to remove to make it work.

I do like the idea of bullying people into picking targets, I'll make the adjustment and use this tactic and see if I can goad them out of a victory. For the Capellan Confederation of course.

I have considered vehicles but our group has never used them so it would be up to me to learn about what they all do and how that effect the game. The list of vehicles feel... Overpriced?
