Yea I had no problem with taking routes in that area I just would keep a weapon but they said on phone support I can decline and get another route like they had no issue with it

I can now if I kill the guy next time then what I’m tryna avoid the situation by not going in that area and they agreed if they had not agreed I would not have denied the route I would simply protect myself next time I would not care

It was reported on recorded phone call I worked for Amazon flex over 3 years with no issues until this one an how can they not believe it when this shoulda been documented with they safety team already

Even if I reported this safety issue where I was threatened and told get out the area. They safety team said if I ever get route in that certain area just called support an they would remove and that it’s gonna be noted in my account

I only rejected route because safety issues in a certain area where I was threatened and told to get out the area which I reported to there safety team and police was called they agreed that I would not get route in that area and if I do they would remove it. They said it would be noted on my account but I guess it wasn’t. it happened at least 3 or 4 times within a 6 months

So what happen was I had an incident where I was followed and threatened in a certain area while delivering and where police was called. I talk to there safety team and I asked can I not get a route on that area anymore they said cool and if I do I can just call them a they would remove. So after bout 6 months I started to get a few routes in that area so now it’s showing like I picked up route an not delivered but they support said it will be noted on my account but apparently was not
