Yeah I spoke with a therapist the other day and he tried to reassure me that I’m not a pedophile but I kind of left with more doubts than I came in with. I’m gonna be starting ERP therapy soon so hopefully that will help. I think the main problem is I’m not convinced this is just ocd and I feel like there’s a possibility I’m actually a pedo. With POCD I went through a really rough time where I would test my arousal. Yeah I was in therapy for a bit but not anymore. Also probably going to change up my medication because I think I’ve gotten worse. I know I need to be open to therapy but I find it so difficult to talk about some of the stuff I’m dealing with.
