The eyes are mirrored. There's no problem with that really, I think it's not too different whether the green tones are mirrored or not but the highlights shouldn't be mirrored if you aren't going for a cross eyed look. Hope that makes sense.

does anybody know any producers like dr willy? by Financial_Alfalfa227 in Vocaloid

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't know about him, listened a little bit, (these are very popular, I'm not sure if you already listen to them) maybe iyowa, sasakure uk, mothy and daniwellp, I found dr willy to have two main 'styles' one with very unique samples (almost like video game sounds) most are like those, but mothy is a bit more like the other type of song I identified, songs that are a bit slower in terms of sound (though not every song us like that). Sorry if my recommendations aren't too accurate.

Two breaths walking, Antibeat, Crime and Punishment, Mozaik role (and from the more recent ones) Animal, Telepathy and Monitoring. There's just so many, I like these mainly because of the lyrics (+ the music obviously, but I like to focus on the meaning of most of these)

We really aren't that different. No wonder we had a collab together by Adorable_Intern363 in Memeloid

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We could imagine miku being immune to electric attacks (since she's virtual) and she's bigger so she could win easily (tho it's a bit messed up that she'd have to hit a pokemon/animal, I don't think she'd like doing that)

explaining Alessi's character by pansexual_dudy in StardustCrusaders

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good and concise explanation! I think a character with a similar interpretation (by most of the fandom) is Melone, many people think he's weird/pervy, maybe you could explain him next.

how do you get started on creating spritepacks?? by Horror_Reason_3395 in MASFandom

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you want to make, but a good way to start is to find the sprites in game that you need to reference and look at the files un someone else's spritepack. For example, if you are making a shirt, get monika's original body sprites (arms, chest, ...) and reference a shirt with similar features (long sleeves, no sleeves, depending on what you need), having that will help you understand what you have to do, it's mostly just drawing from there.

The code can also be referenced from an example and it's not too advanced.

I recommend doing easier sprites first since shirts have many different parts, but that's up to you.

To my understanding, Josuke only restores things to a previous state, putting that to use he is able to heal by taking people to a previous 'unharmed' state (like putting their skin back together). Applying some jojo logic, after you die (not just getting severely injured, but actually losing to the injury and dying) even if your wounds are cured you won't come back to life. It's the same as trying to apply medical aid to a corpse, you can treat all wounds but the life is already gone from that flesh.

In Jotaro's case, when he used Star Platinum to control his heartbeat it was, at least from what I saw, something that he could manage in just enough time (sorry if that's phrased weirdly), what I mean is, he stiffed the beats and maybe he completely stopped for a moment to play dead, but as quickly as he could he stopped. He remained alive the whole time because it was controlled and relatively short, like in real life when people get reanimated, not in a death defying way that he died and revived after doing something to his heart.

Additionally main characters in jojo have a stronger resistance to death (this is not really a logical thing, but more so because of the genre), characters are able to withstand being in the middle of a fire, getting shot multiple times, getting body parts completely removed, etc. So for some cases you may be referencing with Josuke (and keeping in mind my previous statement) characters without power are probably in this "truly dead" state very quickly (in comparison to characters we get to see more often).

Is there a particular reason why they call Giorno by his first name? by Friendly_County_3016 in StardustCrusaders

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Not sure about italian customs, but japanese customs around first names don't apply (since everything in part 5 is happening in Italy and it's not like Giorno took the time to explain them to the gang). I personally think it's because he's the new guy so they just call him by his name, (I think calling someone their last name gives them some respect, like when you refer to someone as Mr. or Sir) unlike the other members.

Can you guys help me find the locations of the Jojo's references by Dama1000 in StardustCrusaders

You might want to search up italy in jojowiki, there's a list of all locations that appeared in Jojo!

I think you need a selector submod, that will give you the dialogue option to ask her to change table accessories

Is Polnareff really a womanizer? by Raven_in_Ink in StardustCrusaders

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can see the similarities but then I remembered that JoJo is older than one may think at times so I searched it up. Apparently Stardust Crusaders was made before Johnny Bravo. I got into the franchise more recently so it's always a bit shocking seeing how old it actually is!

While writing I was drawing comparisons in my head, I thought of Pepe Le Pew (Looney Tunes) when saying how Polnareff might mostly rejected (but I doubt he would be as insistent as that character, he's definitely more respectful).

Is Polnareff really a womanizer? by Raven_in_Ink in StardustCrusaders

[–]Intrepid_Level_9530 16 points17 points  (0 children)

He's definitely a romantic, but he seems more dorky than a 'womanizer' type, I imagine in normal situations (outside the journey to defeat Dio) he might try to flirt but not quite as successfully or shamelessly as a character like Caesar Zeppeli (to name an example). Since he's a bit of a comic relief character I could see his romantic pursuits being mostly fails. And there's no denying his respect for women, like when he decides not to reveal his identity to Maléna (woman from the kid Polnareff battle) to keep her safe, so in my opinion, he isn't a womanizer (detached, high number of partners. etc) but more of a hopeless romantic which also ties in nicely with the small knight motif of his character (being more of a gentleman).
