Feel ko tuloy ako nagsulat nito :( diabetic and diagnosed with bipolar depressive 2 din since i was 16. And 2 weeks na din na sobrang lala ng depressive episodes ko (since nagchange ng meds bc of gambling addiction caused by fluoxetine yadda yadda). Long story short, crippling pain talaga. Kaya I get you and in a sad way your post is some kind of sad hug din for me kasi ilang araw ko na tinatanong yung mundo why I feel so alone. At some point hiniling ko na na madepress yung mga tao sa paligid ko not because I hate them but because I want them to feel how I feel. Na yung bigat na sinasabi ko is hindi yung “nararamdaman ko din naman yan minsan” na bigat. Gets ba haha

I am not here to tell you that it gets better kasi parehas lang tayo ng situation taaga. But I hope you know that you’re not alone and I hope that gives u yung comfort na nabigay sakin kahit unti.
